Ken and Mary Richardson specialize in helping people, teams, and organizations achieve maximum effectiveness with consulting, education, intervention, coaching and workshop services in the areas of alcoholism, addictions and codependence and their related concerns including other addictions, obsessive-compulsive behaviors, family systems, grief and spirituality. Our commitment is to provide professional and comprehensive services in addressing these concerns for individuals and their families, business and industry, organizations and institutions, and the communities we serve.
We recognize that alcoholism, addictions and codependence negatively affect the whole person in body, mind and spirit and have a direct and adverse affect on a person’s family, friendships, work and social environments. We are dedicated to providing informative, compassionate and comprehensive alcoholism, addictions and codependence services in addressing these concerns for all directly and indirectly affected by them.
We began our business in 1987 in Phoenix, Arizona and are currently located in Scottsdale. Together, we bring over 78 years of combined experience working as consultants, coaches, administrators, educators and workshop facilitators in the alcoholism, addictions and codependence field. Our desire and commitment to working with addicts and their families seeking recovery began with our personal journeys of alcoholism, addiction and codependence recovery. In that, we bring a combined 78 years of personal recovery to our business.
Our goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating, free from alcoholism, addictions and codependence. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to heal and to better understand and resolve challenges in your daily life. By applying consulting, education and complementary coaching approaches and techniques , we will help you to create and stabilize your recovery and unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life in recovery.
We thank you for visiting our website and look forward to working with you to achieve your goals in recovery.
With Love and Gratitude,
Ken and Mary Richardson
