In our endeavors to provide our clients with the most effective scheduling and quality services, RICHARDSON CONSULTING & COUNSELING ASSOCIATES (RCCA) has established the following policies:
Effective January 1, 2016 rates for 55 Minute Counseling Sessions will be $140 and Group Counseling/Therapy Sessions will be $50 per group.
- Our rates for 55 Minute Counseling Sessions are $140.00 for individual,couple or family session.
- Our rates for Group Counseling/Therapy Sessions are $ 50.00 for each 2 hour group session.
- Richardson Consulting and Counseling Associates does not accept insurance as payment for services.
- Payment is due at time of service. For Phone and Skype Sessions, payment is due prior to the scheduled session through PayPal or Mail.
- Cash and Check are accepted as payment.
- All major credit cards and debit cards may be used through PayPal. There is an additional fee to use this service that needs to be included with the payment. Under $200 add $5 as the additonal Fee with your payment and an additional $5 for each $100 over $200. PayPal does not accept Medical Savings Cards. If you are using the PayPal service, please make sure payment is made prior to the scheduled session.
- Cancellation Policy: Client must notify RCCA of cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment time. If notice of cancellation is not received 24 hours prior to the appointment time, the client will be billed for that appointment.
- RCCA appointment hours are Monday - Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. All appointments will be scheduled during this time period.
- RCCA Office phone number is 602-230-8994. All calls will be returned as soon as time allows, Monday through Thursday, except for emergencies.
- If an emergency phone session is required, a fee of $30.00 will be charged for each 15 minutes. In addition, client will be responsible for all long distance charges if they apply.
- Workshop and Seminar rates vary with each event. Please contact us for specific rates and information.
